He supplied all the poles, tackle etc. for a a great adventure with George and Root River Outfitters fishing for trout in Scenic Root River in Lanesboro Minn.

The Outfitters has moved just two buildings North on the Corner of Hwy 8 and Parkway Avenue.
We rent sturdy aluminum canoes, large, leisurely tubes, and comfortable, well-maintained bikes. We also sell items your trip might require, such as fishing tackle, night crawlers, firewood, and ice. And our convenient shuttles take all the work out of canoeing and tubing, leaving you to enjoy the scenery on your float.
